Turn product knowledge into clear mobile content. We plan copy and visual assets around questions customers ask while discovering, comparing and choosing your service.
Your sales team supplies recurring objections and customer questions. We turn them into explanations, usage guidance and fair comparisons. Customer stories require permission and evidence; invented testimonials or performance figures have no place in the plan.
02
Design for reading on a phone
Arabic typography, contrast and information hierarchy are checked at mobile size. Assets are adapted to channel dimensions rather than cropped indiscriminately. Consistent branding helps recognition, while legibility helps people understand the offer.
03
Give short videos a production brief
A brief includes the opening, shot list, on-screen text and next action. Your team can supply footage or request a separate production scope. Image, music and creator usage rights should be agreed before publishing.
04
Make approval manageable
The proposal defines deliverables, revisions and file handover. Your team approves factual details and pricing. We use questions and relevant inquiries to identify topics worth developing, rather than repeating templates indefinitely.
05
A practical content brief
Define the customer question, the message to remember, the evidence or image supporting it and the next action. A video comparing product sizes needs clear footage and owner-approved specifications, not an invented success story. Keep prices and specifications in an updateable reference so assets do not publish outdated information.
06
What happens at handover?
Review Arabic text, direction and key elements at the required size before approval. Clarify whether delivery includes editable files or publishing exports only, and record font and image sources. A new campaign message after approval can change scope, so distinguish a revision from a new creative brief in the proposal.
07
Social media copywriting, post design and Reels editing
Plan each asset around a customer question, service explanation or offer. The agreed scope can include social media copywriting, post design, format adaptations and Reels editing from approved footage. Your team approves business facts and usage rights before publication; filming and new production are scoped separately.
Compare the scope before requesting a price
Asset
Owner input
Product explanation
Specifications, images and recurring questions.
Short video
Footage or a production scope and usage rights.
Promotion
Approved price, conditions and end date.
Customer story
Documented facts and explicit publication permission.
How pricing is scoped
Scope depends on channels, content volume, production, measurement and response responsibilities. Management fees are separate from advertising spend, filming and creator fees. The proposal identifies Saudi riyals for Saudi work or Egyptian pounds for Egyptian work as agreed.
