Service scope and terms
Updated:
Starting a project
Bawsala provides marketing, content and advertising services remotely from Egypt. Sending an inquiry or having a consultation does not automatically start a paid service. Before delivery begins, agree a written proposal defining the work and each party’s responsibilities.
Scope and fees
The proposal should identify channels, deliverables, revisions, dates, fees, currency and applicable charges. Advertising spend paid to the platform is separate from management fees. Filming, creators and paid tools need separate clarification in the proposal. Planning examples on the website are not a binding package.
Approvals and account ownership
You retain ownership of your business accounts and grant appropriate working permissions. Your business supplies accurate information and materials it has permission to use, and approves content before publication. A qualified client specialist reviews medical or professional information; marketing content from Bawsala does not provide a diagnosis or professional certification.
Changes, cancellation and handover
Before paying, check payment dates, cancellation, renewal, any refund policy and rights to the files you will receive. These details are governed by the agreed written proposal; do not assume an unwritten refund entitlement or delivery date. Request clarification of any missing term before work starts.
Results and examples
Outcomes depend on the offer, competition, budget, business readiness and follow-up. We do not guarantee search positions or sales volumes. Planning examples are not client results, and showcasing Bawsala’s own product is not a client marketing case study.
