Restaurant and café marketing in Egypt and Saudi Arabia
A restaurant campaign should fit a real dining occasion and the team’s operating capacity. We connect menu content and offers to bookings or orders while keeping branch details clear.
Office lunch, family dining and evening orders need different offers. Start with one occasion and a clear message. Branches may have different menus, hours and service areas; a single ambiguous ad can generate orders the team cannot fulfil.
02
Show what guests can expect
A simple shot list covers portion size, ingredients, packaging and presentation. Prices and terms require your approval, and customer reviews require permission. Short video should explain the experience without unsupported best-in-city claims.
03
Target a serviceable branch area
We check the menu link and mobile ordering steps. Saudi channel options include Snapchat, TikTok and Google; Egypt also calls for assessing Facebook and Instagram. Restaurant operations and delivery remain with your team.
04
Measure usable demand
We review confirmed bookings, orders and cancellations alongside message patterns. If response capacity becomes a bottleneck, we adjust the action or campaign scale before increasing spend.
05
Connect the campaign to kitchen capacity
Choose a dish or occasion the kitchen can support, then align the ad with the menu, branch hours and delivery area. Prepare approved replies about ingredients, price and ordering; the restaurant validates allergen information. Update messaging when a booking flow fails or an offer ends. As a planning example, a working-lunch offer needs serving times, portion information and collection steps as well as a food image.
06
Choose the ordering route before advertising
Is the objective a table reservation, a pickup order or a branch visit? Each needs different information and a follow-up owner. Reservations need confirmation, menus need accurate prices and availability, and branch pages need genuine opening hours and directions. We review the destination and whether its next step is clear. A Google Business Profile is an option for eligible businesses with a real location or service area under Google’s rules; it does not replace an accurate menu.

How pricing is scoped
Scope depends on channels, content volume, production, measurement and response responsibilities. Management fees are separate from advertising spend, filming and creator fees. The proposal identifies Saudi riyals for Saudi work or Egyptian pounds for Egyptian work as agreed.
