Our Story
It started with a simple observation
Across Egypt, countless local businesses — clinics, shops, restaurants, workshops — do honest, respected work and enjoy a good reputation among their customers. But search for them online, and you find them either completely absent, or not presented the way they deserve. That gap is where Bawsala began.
“Bawsala” means compass — and that is precisely our role: to be the direction for business owners who want to enter the digital world. We draw the route together, then walk it side by side, step by step.
And that gap is not unique to Egypt — plenty of businesses across the Arab world and beyond share it. Because all of our work happens online, Bawsala can work with any business, wherever it is.
