A brand needs a clear promise as well as a logo. We help define what you offer, who it serves and how the message appears across social accounts, proposals and landing pages.
We examine the alternatives customers compare and the reasons behind their choices. Positioning defines the service and its boundaries. Claims such as best or first require evidence rather than decorative use in a headline.
02
Create a usable bilingual system
Scope can cover logo needs, typography, colour and reusable templates. Arabic and Latin versions are checked in small profile images and mobile layouts. A full identity redesign is a different project from organising existing assets.
03
Adapt tone without changing the promise
Tone guidelines include headline and response examples. Saudi and Egyptian audiences may need different vocabulary or offers while retaining the same business identity. Copy should never imply a local branch that does not exist.
04
Plan the handover and rollout
The proposal defines final files, usage guidance and asset licensing responsibilities. Launch includes updating profiles and service pages. A practical guide helps your team create consistent new material after handover.
05
Test the identity in actual use
Review a proposed direction on a profile image, Arabic social post, service page and quotation. A logo that works on a large screen may lose detail at small sizes. Check colour contrast, type compatibility and Arabic-English name placement. The goal is a system your team can use consistently.
06
What does discovery establish?
Identify the main service, why a customer would choose it and what it excludes. Review customer language and existing assets, then propose a direction with testable messages. Direction counts, revision rounds and final files belong in the proposal. A name or logo change needs a defined problem to solve.
07
Visual identity design or a refresh of your existing brand?
Define where the identity needs to work: social accounts, your company website, proposals or sales materials. We review the logo, colours, typography and message, then agree what needs development and which files will be delivered. A consistent system may use existing assets; trademark registration is outside the design scope.
Compare the scope before requesting a price
Stage
Approval decision
Discovery
Audience, promise and service boundaries.
Visual direction
Real uses of logo, typography and colour.
Revisions
Consolidated feedback within the agreed scope.
Handover
Usage guidance, files and documented asset rights.
How pricing is scoped
Scope depends on channels, content volume, production, measurement and response responsibilities. Management fees are separate from advertising spend, filming and creator fees. The proposal identifies Saudi riyals for Saudi work or Egyptian pounds for Egyptian work as agreed.

After reviewing the brief, we agree scope, approvals and an initial plan. You retain ownership of business accounts, and we review results together to choose the next step.
