Online store marketing built around product economics
Decide what to promote, how to explain it and what to measure after an order. We plan around your products and customers, whether the store uses Salla, Zid or another platform.
We review stock, margin, product explainability and available cancellation data. The most viewed item is not necessarily the best acquisition product. Goals may include a first order, repeat purchase or a product bundle.
02
Treat product pages as campaign assets
Images, dimensions, usage, payment, returns and delivery charges help customers decide. Ad and product-page offers must agree. Surprise charges or inconsistent promises cannot be solved simply by buying additional traffic.
03
Agree on creator deliverables
For a relevant Saudi audience, a creator collaboration may be useful. Define publishing scope, paid reuse rights and measurement before agreement. Follower counts are insufficient without audience fit and content review.
04
Separate orders from profit
Reports should include confirmed orders, cancellations, returns and product costs when available. Abandoned baskets are not sales. Fulfilment, shipping and after-sales service remain with your store and its partners.
05
A decision worksheet for the store owner
Calculate what remains from order value after product, packaging, payment and store-funded delivery or return costs. That amount is not all available for ads: operations, fees and required profit also need coverage. If margin or cancellation rates are unknown, gather evidence before setting a final acquisition ceiling. Separate the product and offer decision from the platform decision so apparent campaign success does not hide a loss-making product.
Choose a product worth testing
Question
Decision impact
Is stock available?
Avoid promoting products that cannot be supplied.
Is margin known?
Base a provisional acquisition ceiling on actual costs.
Is the product clear?
Explain dimensions, use and product options.
Are orders confirmed?
Distinguish placed, confirmed and cancelled orders.
Do customers return?
Do not assume future customer value without supporting data.
How pricing is scoped
Scope depends on channels, content volume, production, measurement and response responsibilities. Management fees are separate from advertising spend, filming and creator fees. The proposal identifies Saudi riyals for Saudi work or Egyptian pounds for Egyptian work as agreed.
